Welcome to Assaal Academy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.assaal.com, including our online courses, live sessions, downloadable content, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Assaal Academy is an online education platform that offers both live instructor-led courses (delivered via Zoom / Google Meet or any other service we see fit ) and recorded on-demand programs, along with downloadable resources and supplementary materials. The platform is operated by Mohamed Al Assaal and his team.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if you are under 18. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and agree not to share them with others. Any activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.

4. Courses and Access

4.1 Live Courses

• Live courses are scheduled at fixed times and conducted via Zoom.

• You are responsible for having the necessary internet connection and Zoom access.

• Recorded replays of live sessions may be provided at our discretion.

4.2 Recorded Programs

• On-demand programs can be accessed at any time after purchase.

• Access is granted on a non-transferable, limited license basis for personal educational use.

4.3 Materials and Downloads

• Course-related materials (slides, templates, etc.) are for your personal use only.

• Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in [local currency or USD] and may be subject to taxes or processing fees.

• Live Courses: Must be paid in full prior to attendance.

• Recorded Programs: Access is granted upon successful payment.

Refunds are only issued if explicitly stated on the course registration page or in writing. In general:

• Live courses: Refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the session.

• Recorded courses: Non-refundable if completion rate exceeds 5%.

• Digital Products are not refundable once downloaded.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share copyrighted course materials with others.

• Disrupt live sessions (e.g. through trolling, harassment, or inappropriate behavior).

• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the platform or its content.

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Assaal Academy (videos, text, materials, branding) is owned by Assaal Academy or its instructors. You may not copy, record, distribute, or republish any course content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• You will achieve any specific result or outcome from our courses.

• The platform will be error-free or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Assaal Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
